Something about myself

In the fall of 2001 I wondered how long I would live when my doctor told me that I had prostate cancer and needed radical surgery and possible chemo therapy and/or radiation. I was also told I needed to loose 50 pounds and was at high risk for diabetes.

I chose hypnosis to prepare for surgery, pain control, healing, lose weight, and stop smoking.

Now I am cancer free, 40 pounds lighter, a non smoker for life, and healthier than I have been in the last 30 years.
